This formula provides the full requirement for essential vitamins and minerals in highly digestible and tolerated forms.
A good dosage and active forms of folate (in the form of Metapholin® L-5-MTHF), vitamins B12 and B6 support optimal folate metabolism and methylation. Phosphatidylcholine, a bioavailable form of choline, helps meet increased choline needs to maintain optimal fetal brain development and maternal liver function. Vitamin D (2,000 IU) meets the needs of fetal growth, bone development, and other essential functions.

Recommended use for adults: Before, during, and after pregnancy (and/or while breastfeeding), take 3 capsules daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. It is not intended for children.
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid and natural citrus flavor.
Does not contain: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, wheat and gluten. It does not contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
